Mystic Soul Offerings
Dre. صوفي باطني Hafiz Alhikma.
Dre صوفي باطني is a Hafiz Alhikma (wisdom keeper), native herbalist and ceremonialist, specializing in traditions and medicines of the Cana’an. Her knowledge of native plants and naturopathic modalities is in service of physical, emotional, ancestral, and spiritual healing.
As a ceremonialist, she holds sacred space for individuals and community to reconnect back to themselves, each other, and the earth. She believes in intentionally creating a time and space that honors what is sacred, your being, your evolution, the earth itself and the harmony of all those who walk alongside us. Dre offers a holistic and integrative approach to each person she works with as they embark on their journey of healing - it is not a one size fits all offering, but an invitation to all. Part of what makes this a fully integrated process is the individual work done within the greater collective.
It is Dre’s honor to carry her family’s Syrian, Lebanese, and Algonquin lineages and to have been raised in such traditions. Her upbringing was immersed in the integration of body healing, community healing, Earth healing and spirit. These elements led to a deep understanding of how ancestral healing practices connect and heal land and peoples.
Dre has had the privilege of studying under and working alongside many other wisdom keepers along her path and experienced pivotal initiations into different practices. This has intimately informed how she holds space today. An important part of her journey has been about restoring these practices back to women and indigenous keepers through upright action and advocacy, especially at this particular time in human evolution.
Integrative Counseling: Shadow work in all its forms is powerful and courageous. Unless we integrate what we have seen and learned into our everyday life, then it’s just another experience, no matter how impactful. Real change, change that you can truly see and feel in your everyday life, comes with integration.
Spiritual Guidance: This work is about offering a different perspective, providing support and guidance, untying emotional and spiritual knots, and getting to the root of suffering in order to hold it with more patience, kindness, and honesty. This work is rooted in Sufi practices.
Wellness Protocols: In this work together we will take a look at your physical, emotional and spiritual body and build out a unique wellness protocol to support you in all of these aspects. Because of the unique nature of working from a holistic perspective, please inquire for further information about this offering.

Dina, MPS, ATR-BC, LCAT
For the past 30 years Dina has been navigating this world as a therapist, professor, mother and community builder. She is fully committed to each of these parts as they are at the foundation of her practice. Dina's clinical work focussed on attachments, anxieties and addiction, often exploring these issues through our relationship with Nature. She has been teaching at Pratt Institute in the Graduate Creative Arts Therapy Department since 2003, the same year she was invited to teach at The New School.
In her teachings and lectures, Nature and the environment became a critical piece to learning about the stories we carry, the attachments we have to them and where spirituality fits in. Dina has been selected to speak at conferences and has published work on the relationship between awareness and Nature.
Today, Dina is fully committed to helping people integrate their experiences with Nature and plant Allies in order to have a greater awareness of themselves, their relationship to the collective and to the Earth. Dina guides individuals who seek to walk on a deeper spiritual path through an understanding that personal growth is dependent on and in service of an exploration of the mind body spirit alignment.
